Job Description

As a Quality Assurance- Full Stack Automation in our Quality Assurance team, you will ensure that our applications work as they should and meet customers' needs. You will join one of our high-performing teams, drawing on your testing knowledge and creativity to automate test capabilities and design test and maintenance procedures. You will utilize our existing test frameworks to tackle specific problems. We take a collaborative approach to quality, meaning you will work with experienced developers, managers, and business partners across the organization. You will receive coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback to help you become an even better technologist and professional. Job responsibilities Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright Experience in BDD based testing using Cucumber Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Design and implement comprehensive test strategies across unit, integration, system, and endtoend testing. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation testing tools and methodologies. Detailed understanding of common defect and data management tools Experience working effectively with teams and stakeholders to develop relationships and achieve common goals Proficiency in a business function and some understanding of the broader business context Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on Quality Assurance concepts and 3+ years applied experience Advanced knowledge of software lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile, and test automation strategies Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Ability to initiate and implement ideas to solve business problems Passion for learning new technologies and driving innovative solutions.
