Role Overview:

Senior Executive – QA & QC

Baddi

Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Control Operations

• Oversee daily QA & QC activities at the cosmetic manufacturing plant.
• Ensure adherence to

  ISO 22716:2007 (GMP)

  guidelines across all production stages.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with

  ISO 9001

  ,

  ISO 22716

  , and

  WHO GMP

  standards.
• Perform FG (Finished Goods) audits for products manufactured at 3P sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues at third-party manufacturing locations.

New Product Development (NPD) Coordination

• Coordinate with 3P teams for line trials, transit trials, and process validations for new product launches.
• Ensure proper documentation and process controls are in place before NPD commercialization.

QMS Implementation & Compliance

• Lead implementation and monitoring of

  QMS

  (Quality Management System) across all North region 3P sites.
• Review and maintain documentation from

  RM/PM (Raw Material/Packaging Material) receipt to FG dispatch

  .
• Ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) implementation post audits and deviations.

Audits & Documentation

• Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external audits.
• Maintain all QA/QC records in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Provide training to 3P site QA teams as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Education

  : M.Sc / B.Sc / M. Pharm / B. Pharm

• Experience

  : 4 to 8 years in a

  cosmetic products manufacturing plant

• Proven knowledge and application of

  ISO 22716

  ,

  ISO 9001

  , and

  WHO GMP

  .
• Hands-on experience with QA/QC operations in a cosmetic or personal care manufacturing setup.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes from RM/PM to FG.
• Excellent analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and 3P vendors.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various 3P manufacturing sites.
