Job Description

Key Deliverables of the Role

Conduct in-process and finished goods quality checks for formulations, in-process parameters, packaging, and labelling.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory guidelines, and GMP practices.
Implementation & verification of FSSAI Schedule 4 requirements at site.
Monitor raw material quality; work with vendors to resolve quality deviations.
Thorough understanding of food analysis of RM/PM & finished product.
Conduct validation & verification of food safety control measures.
Manage calibrations of all monitoring & measurement devices.
Provide training to shop floor team as per calendar and support to build food safety culture among all.
Conduct GMP & internal audits, periodic verification of machinery condition (sanitary design) & cleaning verification. Support in CAPA preparation & verify its implementation.

Key Skills & experience

4- 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in the personal care, FMCG sector
Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems.
Technical Skills thorough understanding of Food technology, Food safety management system, HACCP, Regulations (FSSAI, legal metrology etc.) & Food analysis.
Hands-on experience in vendor audits, CAPA, and handling regulatory documentation
