Responsibilities will include;

  • Participate in technical specification design, technical roadmap, and implementation.
  • Perform and assist engineers through code reviews, acceptance testing, bug fixing, and general support.
  • Help shape the direction of systems design by defining high-level architecture, principles, and standards.
  • Manage engineers on multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.


To succeed in the role;


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field

Your years of experience, pedigree, last role is all good to know. But, what we truly value is your knowledge, ideation, agility, team-spirit, can-do attitude and farsightedness.


Skills, experiences & behaviors

9-12 years post-qualification experience in the startup ecosystem, experience in the Fintech space will be an advantage.

Directly Manage a team of LEAD SDETs and therefore be directly accountable of their daily tasks

Provide insights to senior leadership regarding resources and their workload including their availability reports

Must have Proven people management skills and should be able to manage multiple projects and their testing requirements

Participate in and conduct test architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews of testing frameworks

Provide technical leadership, drive technology architecture and inculcate best practices

Comfortable bridging the strategic objectives of the organization with internal engineering practices

You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
