Quality Assurance Engineer

Develop, implement, and enhance quality management systems aligned with the latest industry standards, ensuring continual compliance and improvements.
Oversee stringent quality control measures utilizing a deep understanding of precision measurement tools throughout the fabrication processes.Lead process optimization initiatives leveraging extensive knowledge of hydraulic, electric, or pneumatic machine fabrication, driving efficiency and minimizing defects.Collaborate closely with procurement teams to establish and uphold high-quality standards for incoming materials and critical components. Conduct thorough risk assessments, develop robust mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans to proactively address potential quality-related risks.Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with the latest quality standards, identifying areas for enhancement and driving corrective actions.Provide comprehensive training on quality procedures, precise measurement tools, machinery operation, and safety protocols.Act as a technical authority for troubleshooting intricate quality issues, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.Maintain meticulous records of quality procedures, reports, and documentation. Generate detailed quality performance reports for management insights.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an ISO 9001-regulated Quality position is required. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of a manufacturing facility in an ISO 9001 environment
Experience with the implementation of quality management tools such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, TQM, Ishikawa/Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, etc. Ability to generate custom QMS practices in the organization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of calibration, measuring tools Clear communication with command of grammar, presentation, and organizational skills.
