Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside senior quality assurance engineers to test new features and enhancements, ensuring they meet the expectations of our customers. Your responsibilities will include participating in knowledge transfer sessions to refine requirements, collaborating with various teams to develop test artifacts, verifying new functionality with developers, and conducting functional and regression testing. Additionally, you will document test findings, communicate progress effectively, and provide feedback during sprint reviews and retrospectives. Key Responsibilities: - Work with senior quality assurance engineers to test new features and enhancements - Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to refine requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test artifacts - Verify new functionality and perform smoke tests - Conduct functional testing and manual regression testing - Test system capabilities for functionality, interoperability, and data validation - Document test findings and validate issue fixes - Communicate progress, risks, and test coverage effectively - Collaborate with scrum team members during daily stand-ups - Share accomplishments during sprint reviews - Provide constructive feedback during sprint retrospectives Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline - 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, including Agile/Scrum - Understanding of web, desktop, and mobile applications testing - Knowledge of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and system testing - Ability to write and execute test cases and defect reports - Experience with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team - Motivated individual with quick learning ability in new technologies - Strong problem-solving skills and ethical impact-driven mindset Join us as a Quality Assurance Engineer and be part of a team that values your contributions and dedication to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.,
