Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC & VMC Programmer with hands-on experience in SolidCAM and programming for Mazak VMC machines using Mazatrol controllers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing programs, ensuring efficient machining of high-precision components used in jetting systems. Key Responsibilities Develop, edit, and optimize VMC/CNC programs using SolidCAM. Interpret technical drawings and 3D CAD models to determine machining requirements. Program and operate Mazatrol-controlled VMCs for prototype and production runs. Select tools, cutting parameters, and fixtures based on component specifications. Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve machining challenges. Conduct first-piece inspections and troubleshoot programming/machine issues. Maintain detailed documentation of CAM programs, setup sheets, and quality checks. Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards in machining operations. 515 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming using SolidCAM. Practical knowledge of Mazak machines and Mazatrol controllers is essential. Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles. Proficiency in machining a variety of materials, including stainless steel and aluminum. Strong understanding of toolpath optimization and surface finishing techniques. High attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
