You are urgently required to join our team as a Mechanical & Electrical team member at Phaltan. We have an immediate requirement for 6 members each in Mechanical and Electrical fields. The ideal candidates should have qualifications like ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical engineering or BE in Electrical/ Mechanical. Your responsibilities will include actively participating in daily maintenance activities for the machine shop, both planned and unplanned maintenance. Your support will be crucial in achieving Zero Quality defects at the machine shop by ensuring the equipment is maintained in its optimal condition. It is essential to aim for Zero Safety Incidences in the shop by strictly following maintenance procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining 5S standards and improving housekeeping practices. Supporting preventive maintenance of various systems like CNC, SPM, Washing, Gantry, Robot systems, and Material handling systems will also be part of your role. You will be required to update the shop breakdown history for analysis purposes and uphold high housekeeping standards. Knowledge of CNC machines, SPM, Electrical system, assembly & test cell equipment is necessary. Ensuring workforce discipline, adherence to LOTO, work permits, and Cummins Safety practices during maintenance activities is crucial. The desired skills and competencies for this role include hands-on experience in breakdown & troubleshooting of various CNC machines. Candidates with expertise in FANUC, REXROTH control, Siemens Control, MAZAK, MAG, GROB machines will have an added advantage. Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming & troubleshooting, CNC machine architecture, PLC programming, SCADA, Electrical logic, VFD, machine backup, upload, download, and knowledge of Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Fanuc based CNC machines are required. Experience in KUKA, ABB Robot troubleshooting, and robot programming will be advantageous. Sound knowledge of Mechanical systems and the ability to read mechanical drawings are essential.
