Job Purpose: To support and manage various HR functions at the corporate level, including employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance, ensuring smooth execution of HR strategies across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or ERP systems. Support in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, and welfare initiatives. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team. Manage the issuance of letters Increment, confirmation, etc. Assist in training & development programs and monitor training effectiveness.
