Quality Assurance Engineer | Manual Testing QA

At Zigzag AI, we are looking for a QA manual test engineer who is extremely passionate about perfection in systems, processes, and UI/UX. You will be involved in end-to-end processes and metrics for software testing within the organization. You will collaborate with project managers and software developers to establish reporting metrics, test scenarios, and efficiencies through manual testing and streamlining QA techniques to achieve quality objectives.

Skills & Experience

1. Having good knowledge of iOS/Android-based app testing.
2. Ready to learn the AI system flows to test them better.
3. Highly proficient in manual testing (Different types of testing: Regression, Sanity, Smoke & Functionality related)
4. Ability to find, file, and manage bugs, aggressively driving quality
5. Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
6. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
7. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
8. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
9. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs - Ability to independently create test data as per the requirements
10. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
11. Monitor debugging process results
12. Experience with JIRA and Selenium for test automation
13. Experience in the basics of SQL is a plus
14. API testing
15. Website testing
16. Must be extremely responsive, able to work under pressure in crisis with a strong sense of urgency

Education And Experience

• Requires Bachelor in Engineering Degree or equivalent
