Quality Assurance Engineer/ Sr Test Engineer

Quality Assurance Engineer/ Sr Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor test engineers, ensuring testing best practices
Design, execute, and automate test plans (BDD/Gherkin)
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners for seamless delivery
Continuously improve testing standards, tools, and processes

Requirements:

5+ years in software testing, 2+ years leading teams
Hands-on with
SpecFlow, SpecSync, Selenium, Appium, LambdaTest, K6
Strong programming in
C# or Java.
Experience BDD and defining test scenarios in Gherkin
Experience with
Azure DevOps
for test management and defect tracking
Agile mindset, problem-solver, and excellent communicator
