·      Hands-on experience in steel and metal fabrication processes

·      Proficient in managing engineering workflows and Bill of Materials (BOM)

·      Skilled in PPAP, APQP, and manufacturing process validation

·      Conduct internal and external audits for suppliers and buyers

·      Implement and monitor QA/QC protocols across production lines

·      Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) through cross-functional teams (CFT)

·      Maintain quality documentation aligned with ISO/IATF standards

·      Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements

·      Prepare and present monthly quality performance reports

·      Evaluate and audit supplier performance

·      Experience with quality operations in power plants and pressure vessel manufacturing

·      ASNT Level II certified in relevant Non-Destructive Testing methods

·      Strong command of LEAN manufacturing principles

·      Proficient in 7 QC Tools, OEE, PDCA Cycle, FMEA

·      Workplace improvement through 5S, KAIZEN, and waste reduction strategies

·      Expertise in reducing COPQ, customer complaints, rework, and PPM via QCC and Poka-Yoke

·      Conduct inspection of newly developed parts using gauges and first principles

·      Participate in design reviews and provide actionable improvement suggestions

·      Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely delivery of quality products
