Cnc programming in 2 axis cnc lathes, sliding head lathes. Knowledge of quality inspection, new part development, knowledge of cnc setting, knowledge of VMC setting is added advantage. Organisation is involved in mass production of turned parts, milling parts for auto industry. Candidates having good technical knowledge and industry experience would suit the job.candidates with minimum 5 year experience programming and new part development only.
Job location is in our factory at Ambattur, Chennai. Job involves quality control in manufacturing of precision parts using cnc machines. Attending quality meetings, making documentation, production monitoring, problem solving, handling instruments is part of the job. Sharing accomodation is available in nearby areas for which facilitation would be done if required. Longer working hours is expected. Candidates/Freshers with interest in cnc machining/manufacturing industry would have good exposure and training.
Knowledge of cnc machining process to solve quality problems. KnowledgeBase of implementing TS16949 systems, protocols in cnc machine shop. PPAP, 8D, SPC core practical experience of at least 5 years. Ability to lead inspection engineers, inreract with clients and management.
Graduate Engineer Trainee- Mechanical/Production/Mechatronics may apply. Job involves supervision of factory manufacturing automotive components.
