Job Title: QA Engineer – Python + Selenium Location: Remote Experience: 7+ Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Python and Selenium to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining robust automation test scripts and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium WebDriver Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on functional specifications Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines Analyze test results, identify bugs, and ensure timely resolution Work in an Agile/Scrum development process and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Must-Have Skills: 7+ years of experience in software testing , including 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Python-based test automation Strong knowledge and experience in Selenium WebDriver Experience with Pytest/Unittest frameworks Working knowledge of REST API testing and tools like Postman or similar Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) Familiarity with version control tools like Git Good understanding of Agile methodologies and defect management tools like JIRA
