Job Overview

Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and components meet specified quality standards and requirements. The Quality Engineer works in alignment with the customer dispatch plan by coordinating closely with respective teams.

Salary: 20-27 k

Education/Qualifications:

• DME/BE with 2years plus of experience working exclusively in the quality department.

Should be from manufacturing background( Preferably automotive, aerospace)

Key Requirements/Competencies:

• Read and understand drawings, specifications, documents and reports.
• Advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Should have hands on experience in usage of Measuring Instruments like VMS, Vernier, Micrometers etc.
• strong knowledge on QA & QMS
• Knowledge of customer complaint 8 D, quality tools, core tools
• Good knowledge on Quality management system (ISO 9001 / AS 910D)
• Good knowledge on quality documentation and standards.
• Knowledge on special Process

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Review and approve quality documents to ensure alignment with customer requirements and standards.
• Act as the customer quality interface, driving their quality expectations and ensuring adherence to their requirements.
• Promptly escalate issues and seek clarifications from relevant teams to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the QMS (Quality Management System) team to identify and implement improvements in the documentation process.
• Prepare and distribute quality documentation to customers as required.
• Work closely with teams to provide support in conducting process audits and system audits, both at the plant and with suppliers.
