Post :- HR & Admin Manager Experience : 12 + years in Manufacturing Background Education: MSW/MBA HR Gender Male Location : Peenya industrial area near Brindavan bus stop CTC : min 10 Lakhs + Performance Bonus (Upto 30%) Job description Should have Knowledge of HR policies Statutory & Regulatory compliances Knowledge about Training & Development, Competency Matrix, Skill Matrix Should have Knowledge of payroll, recruitment, and Performance Management Systems Should have Knowledge in dealing with IR issues, disputes, employee welfare & employee engagement HR ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS: Manpower handling and arranging based on Departmental requirements. Preparation of offer & appointment letters for different categories of employment. Arrangement of induction/orientation programs as per plan. Contract Labour Management. Handling contract agreement renewal/contract extension Day to Day Grievance Handling in respect of Workmen, Trainees, and contract laborers. Liaison with Government authorities – Factory license renewal, labor supply contract registration certificate new amendment, statutory returns (yearly/half yearly), P.F/E.S.I Remittance. Monitoring Housekeeping and Security. General administration like, security, housekeeping, canteen Handling statutory and welfare activities. Leave and attendance management. SALARY & WAGE ADMINISTRATION To take care of payroll Package, Leave, and Discipline of Employees. Payment of Bonus. Preparation of payroll data for audit. Maintenance of Personal files & Records . Submitting statutory returns to the government ( Yearly, half-yearly, quarterly, monthly) Statutory compliance under various labor laws and liaison work with statutory authorities. Maintaining all Statutory records Under ESI, PF, Employment exchange, Factories Act, and Payment of Bonus Act Issuing appointment letters of all categories like offer letters, Probationary appointment letters & confirmation letters. Participating in Recruitment Process. Arrangements of interviews, screening of applications, and shortlisting. Mentioning all the necessary documents for the HR audit. PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS: Ensuring KRA’s/goal settings for all the employees. Coordinate with functional HOD for PMS. Preparing the inputs for the normalization process, preparing comparative statements & promotion/ revision letters. Assisting Operation head for Grievance handling. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Coordinate the entire training & development activity which includes identification of training needs, creating training modules, preparing training calendar, and ensuring training coverage and training effectiveness. Responsible for conducting in house & external training and facilitating the same Updating Skill matrix; Evaluation of Training. EXIT FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT Ensuring a smooth exit process through clearance form, notice period, handing over & Settlement Recovering the assets provided by the company (Badges, ID Cards, Mobile, Laptop & Others) Administrating Exit paperwork including all statutory requirements Processing Exit file to Accounts Department for Full and Final settlement EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & WELFARE Conducting events like Employee Birthday & play events, & festival celebration, Sending Birthday/anniversary and Welcome/Congratulatory emails to employees Interacting with employees on regular basis / Floor walks Handling Employee grievances Related to HR policies TDS, leaves & attendance Participating and Discussing with Management regarding the new policies. Coordination for employees’ insurance.
