Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Sales Pre-Live Audits:

  Conduct comprehensive, meticulous audits of event listings and (including content, imagery, date/time, venue details, and pricing tiering) before publishing to ensure 100% accuracy and adherence to brand and legal guidelines.

• Content Standardization:

  Enforce strict standardization rules across all event metadata to ensure seamless searchability and superior customer experience.

• Dynamic Quality Checks:

  Monitor live events for last-minute changes (venue shifts, cancellations, rescheduling) and immediately trigger necessary corrective actions and customer communication workflows.

• Benchmarking:

  Establish and maintain quality metrics and audit frameworks, drawing best practices from market leaders in the events ticketing space.

2. Data Optimization & Process Improvement

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA):

  Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis on all quality failures, customer complaints related to listing errors, or operational gaps, proposing and implementing permanent Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Process Documentation:

  Develop, document, and update SOPs for the entire event lifecycle (from ingestion to post-event reporting) to ensure audit trail completeness and clarity.

• Data Health Reporting:

  Generate detailed daily/weekly quality reports and dashboards, highlighting defect rates, compliance scores, and catalog health metrics to drive data-led operational decisions.

3. Events Backward Execution Knowledge (Mandatory)

• Operational Insight:

  Leverage a deep understanding of the end-to-end event execution chain, including ticketing technology, gate entry procedures, setup, venue logistics, and post-event settlements, to design relevant audit checklists.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Work closely with the Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to communicate quality requirements and ensure process adherence at every stage of the vendor partnership.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance, Audit, or Operations role within an internet/e-commerce platform, preferably in the events, ticketing, or travel aggregation industry.
• Immense knowledge of the events backward: Proven ability to understand, dissect, and audit the entire event creation and execution process.

• Strong Analytical Skills:

  Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with data analysis tools to track performance metrics and non-compliance trends.

• Meticulous Attention to Detail:

  An exceptional ability to spot minute inconsistencies in data and content that could lead to a poor customer experience or compliance risk.

• Communication:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for writing clear audit reports and providing constructive feedback to internal teams and external vendors.

• Process Adherence:

  Demonstrated ability to follow, enforce, and improve strict operational processes and policies.

• Bias for Action:

  A proactive, problem-solving mindset, capable of acting swiftly to resolve compliance and quality issues under tight deadlines.
