As an Inline Quality Control Inspector at our company, your role involves ensuring the smooth operations necessary for passing new clothing styles. Your key responsibilities include: - Keeping a measuring tape, specs sheets, Alter stickers, and inline reports handy during inline checking. - Ensuring the availability of all necessary items and maintaining the cleanliness of the machines. - Changing any needle that is making holes and using the appropriate needle for the garment's requirements. - Identifying and addressing damaged or out-of-order machines promptly. - Checking sewing thread shades according to the PPC file and ensuring they match. - Verifying that garments meet quality standards after machine maintenance. - Confirming that trims attachments such as collar cuff, tapes, buttons, labels, placket, and sleeves are correctly passed. - Checking the proper placement of labels, pockets, printing, or embroidery. - Inspecting every bundle thoroughly to ensure 100% accuracy. - Ensuring that stitching alterations are completed correctly after QC inspection. - Signing the bundles barcode upon completion. - Promptly informing production/Sr. QC or Inspector or Quality supervisor of any ongoing faults during inline inspection. - Following instructions from Senior QC or Supervisor to check highlighted areas and verify the operator's computer number before signing. - Completing any other tasks assigned by the management.
