As a Quality Control Inspector in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and quality standards during the production process. Your duties and job responsibilities include: - Checking all the operations required for passing a new style, ensuring that all necessary measurements and specifications are met. - Keeping a measuring tape, specs sheets, Alter stickers, and inline reports handy during the inline checking process. - Verifying the availability of all required materials and ensuring the cleanliness of machines. - Changing needles that are making holes and using the appropriate needle for the garment's requirements. - Identifying and addressing damaged or out-of-order machines, either repairing them or marking them accordingly. - Checking sewing thread shades as per the PPC file and ensuring they match. - Verifying that garments meet quality standards after machine maintenance. - Confirming the proper attachment of trims such as collar cuff, tapes, buttons, labels, placket, sleeves, etc. - Ensuring the correct placement of labels, pockets, printing, or embroidery on garments. - Thoroughly checking all bundles to ensure 100% quality inspection. - Completing stitching alterations promptly after QC inspection and signing the bundles" barcodes. - Reporting any continued faults during inline inspection to production, senior QC, inspector, or quality supervisor for immediate corrective action. - Following instructions to check highlighted areas and operator numbers as required by senior QC or supervisor. - Performing any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
