Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks while also performing manual testing as needed to ensure end-to-end product quality. You will be instrumental in automating repetitive test cases, validating complex workflows, and working closely with product and engineering teams to maintain a high standard of quality across releases.

Key Responsibilities

• :Design, build, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks
• .Develop automated test scripts for web and mobile APIs, UI, and backend systems
• .Identify test cases for automation and work on converting them from manual to automated
• .Perform exploratory and manual testing for new and complex product features
• .Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
• .Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases
• .Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and track test coverage metrics
• .Log defects clearly and track them to closure using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• .Provide feedback on application usability, performance, and overall product quality
