Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience in automation testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of web and mobile applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automation test scripts for web and mobile (Android & iOS) applications. - Building and enhancing automation frameworks to support scalability and reusability. - Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery. - Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring consistent execution. - Conducting performance and regression testing through automation. - Documenting test results, identifying bugs, and working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently. - Continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to testing tools, frameworks, and processes. Required Skills: - 6+ years of hands-on experience in automation testing of web and mobile applications. - Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks. - Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python for writing test cases. - Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent. - Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, Postman, and Charles Proxy for debugging and API validation. - Experience in creating detailed, reusable test cases and test documentation. - Solid understanding of testing principles, software development life cycle, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
