We are a fast-growing IT company driving innovation across AI-powered solutions, custom mobile and web applications, and scalable e-commerce platforms. Our diverse team is passionate about delivering excellence to clients across industries. We’re now looking for a dynamic Quality Analyst to join our QA team and ensure high product standards through both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, prepare test plans, and design detailed test cases.
• Perform manual testing for mobile apps, web applications, and APIs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, and UAT testing across projects.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure quality at every stage.
• Maintain clear and concise test documentation and reporting.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Work on cross-functional projects, especially in AI modules, e-commerce flows, and responsive apps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, Jenkins, or Cypress.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and basic SQL.
• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS & Android) and web platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and payment gateway testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-based systems or ML models is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
