Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls, emails, and chats to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Identify gaps in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives.
• Develop and update QA scorecards, checklists, and audit templates.
• Prepare and share performance reports, trend analysis, and recommendations with sales leaders.
• Collaborate with the training team to improve onboarding and ongoing development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a sales or customer service process.
• Strong knowledge of quality monitoring tools, sales processes, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent listening, analytical, and feedback skills.
• Familiarity with sales KPIs (conversion rate, AHT, upsell ratio, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
