Job Summary:

Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks across processes, products, or customer interactions.
Monitor and evaluate team performance based on defined quality metrics and KPIs.
Identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement and share feedback with the respective teams.
Document audit results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management.
Collaborate with process owners to develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in evaluation standards.
Assist in developing quality frameworks, checklists, and SOPs for process improvement.
Provide training and coaching to employees to improve quality and performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
