Job Title: Quality Analyst BPO Location:Sector - 18 Gurgaon CTC: 3.2 LPA Working Days: 6 Days a Week Reporting To: Quality Manager / Process Manager Key Responsibilities: Audit customer interactions (calls, chats, emails). Conduct call calibrations with internal and client teams. Use 7 QC tools for root cause analysis and quality improvements. Identify TNI (Training Needs Identification) and support training interventions. Provide feedback to agents and maintain quality dashboards. Requirements: 1 years of QA experience in BPO. Strong in QC tools, call audit methods, and Excel reporting. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
