  • Audit customer interactions (calls, chats, emails).
  • Conduct

    call calibrations

    with internal and client teams.
  • Use

    7 QC tools

    for root cause analysis and quality improvements.
  • Identify

    TNI (Training Needs Identification)

    and support training interventions.
  • Provide feedback to agents and maintain quality dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of QA experience in BPO.
  • Strong in QC tools, call audit methods, and Excel reporting.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Graduate in any stream;
