Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with business goals.
Establish governance for process audits, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Design and manage audit frameworks for multiple processes.
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
Lead Six Sigma/Lean projects to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
Implement automation and digital tools for quality monitoring.
Act as Quality SPOC for client reviews, audits, and governance calls.
Identify operational risks and implement preventive controls.
Manage quality dashboards and reporting (accuracy, compliance, RCA, CAPA).
Manage quality analysts, auditors, and transformation specialists.
Build team capability through coaching and performance management

Preferred candidate profile

• 10-15 years in Quality Assurance/Process Excellence in BFSI or shared services.

• Proven experience in managing audits, compliance, and transformation projects.

• Strong exposure to customer service, back-office operations, or shared services Quality

environments.

• Exposure to client governance and regulatory requirements.
