Quality Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst (QA) to ensure the quality of our products/services by identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and potential improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for identifying issues in software, web applications, or service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality.
• Perform manual and automated testing to detect bugs, errors, and performance issues.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
• Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to improve product quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, usability, and performance testing.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Provide test reports and recommendations for improving the software quality.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement in the QA lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1 of experience in software testing or quality assurance (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC (Software Development & Testing Life Cycle).
• Knowledge of API testing, database testing, and automation frameworks is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
