Quality Analyst

We are hiring for Quality Analyst Role

Role & responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality inspections and testing using the 7 QC tools (e.g., Pareto analysis) to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformances.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Participate in the feedback mechanism, gathering input from stakeholders and customers to improve quality processes.
• Conduct call calibrations to ensure consistency in quality assessment and adherence to established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance quality processes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Prior experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Should have been a Quality analyst for at least one year in any customer service Process.
• Experience from BPO industry with customer service background.
• Graduate/undergraduate Degree with a minimum of 1 year as a Quality Analyst.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including Pareto analysis
• Experience into the customer service domain
