Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Audit & Reporting
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly transactional audits to assess adherence to quality standards.
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for the operations team.
  • Error Control & Compliance
  • Highlight and document discrepancies through daily audit reports.
  • Ensure timely rectification of errors to maintain service standards and compliance.
  • Dashboard & Trend Analysis
  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly dashboards to track quality performance.
  • Identify improvement trends and provide management with actionable insights.
  • Knowledge Transfer & Case Management
  • Maintain communication history of old/ongoing cases for smooth reference.
  • Provide detailed case handovers to new counselors for seamless customer experience.

Quality Improvement

  • Identify gaps and implement quality improvement measures across processes.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Skill Set:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Minimum Graduation.

 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

 Good communication and feedback delivery skills.

 Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and dashboard creation.

 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.

Work Days: 6 Days
