Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled QA Tester (Manual + Automation) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our software through rigorous testing and close collaboration with our development teams to enhance product functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects/issues using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure software meets business needs.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing for scalability and stability.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and testing tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in QA testing (manual + automation).
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as:
• Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, Postman (API Testing), RestAssured.
• Knowledge of databases and SQL for querying and data validation.
• Familiarity with web/mobile applications, operating systems, and browsers.
• Good hands-on exposure to AI-based testing and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Testim.io, Applitools, AI-powered bug analysis tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work smartly, adapt quickly, and collaborate within a team.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
