Job Title: Quality Analyst Type: Full-time / Day Shift Experience Level: Mid Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and adaptive Software Tester to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward quality assurance. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring the overall functionality and reliability of the product. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective test cases Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing Report and track bugs using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues Adapt quickly to changing project needs and priorities Requirements: Strong logical and analytical thinking skills Proven experience in software testing or QA Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to take ownership and work independently or within a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
