Quality Analyst

What are we looking for?

• Campaign QA Oversight
o Review influencer content, briefs, and schedules to ensure alignment with campaign KPIs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.o Validate campaign setup accuracy across all activation platforms and trackers.• Pre-Launch Checks & Issue Resolutiono Conduct thorough pre-launch quality checks, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors in collaboration with influencer managers and content teams.o Act as a secondary line of defense for campaign QA, catching issues before client delivery.• Stakeholder Coordinationo Work with the Activation Analyst and Content Manager to ensure all tasks and timelines align with approved workflows.o Flag delivery risks, delays, or quality concerns early to relevant stakeholders and support mitigation steps.• Reporting & Feedback Loopo Track QA issues and resolutions for post-campaign analysis.o Contribute to internal QA process improvement by identifying recurring challenges and proposing solutions.experience in marketing operations, content QA, campaign execution, or a similar role.• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.• Familiarity with influencer marketing, digital content review, and campaign workflows is a plus.
