Track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
Support CRM updates and maintain quality documentation.
Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or business development (US/UK market).
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and lead management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and team-focused.
Knowledge of B2B market trends and customer behavior.
