Role Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Quality Analyst with experience in the Travel industry to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish both, and hands-on experience with quality audits, feedback delivery, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality audits for US Flight booking calls.
• Identify errors and improvement areas and share actionable feedback with agents
• Maintain quality reports, dashboards, and weekly/monthly summaries
• Collaborate with operations and training teams to enhance performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Quality from Travel organization only.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable with Rotational shifts and week -off
• Location - Sultanpur, Delhi
• Salary - No bar for right candidate (dependent on experience and interview
