We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP of Sales US . This role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a strategic partner, streamlining daily operations, coordinating across teams and external stakeholders, and enabling the VP to focus on high-impact sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage and optimize a dynamic calendar, including meetings, demos, client calls, and leadership check-ins. Prioritize meeting requests and time allocation across different functional and geographical teams. Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items. Sales Operations Coordination: Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, sales decks, and client collateral. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts using tools like Salesforce and Excel. Support planning and execution of sales events, webinars, and customer workshops. Travel & Communication: Draft, proofread, and manage email communications and presentation decks on behalf of the VP. Submit and track expense reports and budget documentation. Qualifications: Any Graduate / Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in a tech or SaaS company. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first or hybrid environment with globally distributed teams. Strong proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Notion, and Microsoft Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Professional discretion and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SaaS metrics, sales funnels, and product-led growth terminology. Experience with CRM customization and reporting (Salesforce or HubSpot). Understanding of Agile or software development lifecycles is a plus. Exposure to US geography Willingness to work in the US shift (9:00 am 5:00 pm EST)
