Quality Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and implementing test cases to identify defects, bugs, and performance issues in products or services. You will also document, track, and report identified errors to development teams for resolution and follow up on their fixes. Ensuring that all products and services adhere to established quality benchmarks, industry regulations, and user requirements will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with development, product management, and customer support teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and resolve issues. Creating and maintaining quality dashboards and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. You will analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance overall quality and productivity.
