Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Qualitative Research Executive (Recruitment Specialist) for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.

This role focuses on participant recruitment and management for qualitative research projects, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, and market assessments with B2B audiences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting high-quality respondents who meet complex business criteria, such as logistics managers, procurement heads, or supply chain decision-makers, across various geographies. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of research engagements by identifying, screening, and scheduling the right participants.

Qualifications

• Proven

  experience in recruitment for qualitative market research projects

• Strong understanding of research recruitment processes, including screening, outreach, and respondent validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle
