Immediate joiner or within 1520 days preferredWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Lead / Architect to drive end-to-end GRC implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in ServiceNow GRC modules and submodules, along with strong scripting, integration, and architectural skills. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, technical leadership, and delivering scalable GRC solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and architecture recommendations for GRC end-to-end processes.
  • Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, workflows, UI actions, and UI policies.
  • Lead integration efforts with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, LDAP, or MID Server.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into robust GRC solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities.

  • Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
  • Continuous Monitoring
  • Regulatory Compliance

Skills & Qualifications

  • 7-13 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation.
  • Strong expertise in GRC submodules listed above.
  • Strong scripting and development skills : JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, LDAP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and work independently in a remote environment.
  • ServiceNow GRC certifications are a plus.
