QA/QC Executive

Join our reputable and long-established manufacturing company in Rajkot as a QA Executive for our growing Derma Cosmetic Division. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive quality assurance professional to ensure our cosmetic products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and SOPs specific to derma cosmetic products.
• Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
• Review batch records, test reports, and certificates of analysis to verify product quality before release.
• Liaise with R&D and regulatory departments regarding new product launches or changes in formulations.
• Train production staff on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, deviations, CAPAs (Corrective Actions/Preventive Actions), and other QA activities.
• Stay updated on relevant industry regulations (e.g., CDSCO) affecting the derma cosmetic sector.Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance within the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry; experience with derma cosmetics is highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge of GMP guidelines and Indian regulatory standards for cosmetics manufacturing (BIS/ISO/CDSCO).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
