Department: Quality Assurance & ControlReporting To: Operations Head Job Summary: The QA/QC Executive will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. The role involves regular plant visits to oversee production batches, implement quality control checks, and ensure adherence to regulatory and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine plant visits to monitor production and ensure GMP compliance.Perform in-process and final product quality checks to maintain consistency and safety standards.Coordinate with R&D and production teams for batch approvals and stability evaluations.Review and verify batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).Ensure proper sampling, testing, and documentation of raw materials and finished goods.Identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Liaise with external testing labs and ensure timely release of quality reports.Maintain quality documentation as per ISO/GMP/cosmetic regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.2–4 years of experience in QA/QC for cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing.Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and cosmetic quality standards.Detail-oriented with good analytical and documentation skills.Willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
