Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and manage testing processes, including test activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases for sprint-based and integration testing.
• Evaluate the impact of code changes across front-end and back-end modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scrum Masters, Developers, Product Owners, and QA Engineers.
• Define test data requirements and coordinate with the Data team for provisioning.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain robust automation test suites using tools such as Selenium and REST-assured for API testing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and strategies.
• Conduct defect reporting, tracking, and triaging with development teams.
• Execute exploratory and manual testing when needed to ensure complete coverage.
• Identify test gaps, analyze root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
• Champion Quality Engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes.

Skills Required:

• Must Have:

  Automation Testing with Java and Selenium
• Proficiency in Selenium for UI automation
• Strong experience in API testing and tools such as Postman or REST-assured
• Hands-on expertise in Automation Testing and Functional Testing
• Working knowledge of Java for test script development
• Experience in Agile testing and sprint-based development
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test integration frameworks
