QA Team Lead

As a QA Team Lead at Yanolja Cloud Solution Pvt. Ltd., formerly eZee Technosys, you will play a crucial role in managing the Quality Assurance team and enhancing the overall product quality. Your responsibilities include setting up robust QA processes, guiding the QA team, and ensuring successful product releases, especially in the B2B SaaS sector within the hospitality industry. - Create and implement best QA practices for hospitality SaaS products. - Establish manual and automation testing systems from scratch. - Oversee the entire QA process from requirement understanding to final sign-off pre-release. - Lead and mentor the QA team members in their daily tasks. - Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills. - Manage team workload and task assignments across various projects effectively. - Plan testing based on product and technical documentation. - Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists. - Execute testing phases including regression, smoke, and sanity tests. - Validate fixes and issues post-update releases. - Utilize ClickUp or similar tools for managing test cases, bugs, and team assignments. - Define bug severity rules and oversee the bug tracking process. - Implement test automation for repetitive tests using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Foster collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and Support teams. - Act as the final gatekeeper for ensuring product quality before launch. - Monitor QA performance metrics such as bug count and test coverage. - Regularly share updates and reports with the leadership team. Key Skills Needed: - Proficiency in leading QA teams and establishing QA processes. - Sound knowledge of SaaS products and manual testing. - Familiarity with test automation tools, preferably Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, JIRA, or similar project management platforms. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Requirements: - 8-10 years of QA experience in B2B SaaS companies. - 3-5 years in a QA lead or manager role. - Hands-on experience in manual testing, UI/UX testing, and API testing. - Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (preferred). - Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp or JIRA. - Proficient in both written and spoken communication.,
