QA Project Management

As a Project Manager for QA Programs, you will lead end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams including New model development, Bought out Parts Quality, Market Quality, In-plant Quality. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. - Facilitating regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes. Your key responsibilities will be: - Ensuring on-time delivery of assigned projects. - Maintaining stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration. - Proactively identifying and resolving project risks and issues. - Implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in project execution. - Efficiently engaging cross-functional teams and utilizing resources. - Providing timely and accurate reporting of project status, milestones, and KPIs. Your competencies should include: - Strong presentation skills with proficiency in MS Powerpoint and other MS Office tools. - Understanding of automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making. - Customer orientation focused on delivering value and satisfaction. - Comfort with managing change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment. It is essential to have proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar. A B.Tech/BE degree from a reputable college is required for this role. Additionally, experience in the automotive industry, preferably in companies related to 4 wheeler, LCV, 2 wheeler, or reputed Tier-1 Non-MSIL Vendor, is preferred.,
