QA Project Management

As a Project Manager in the QA Programs, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams including New model development, Bought out Parts Quality, Market Quality, and In-plant Quality. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. - Facilitating regular project reviews and status updates with stakeholders. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes. Your competencies will play a crucial role in your success in this role: - Presentation Skills: Ability to demonstrate ideas through content creation and delivery using tools like MS Powerpoint and other MS-office tools. - Technical Acumen: Understanding of automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles. - Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making. - Customer Orientation: Focused on delivering value and satisfaction to internal and external customers. - Adaptability: Comfortable managing change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment. Your educational qualification should include a B.Tech/BE from a reputable college and proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar. In this role, your industry preference will be in the Automotive Industry, specifically 4 wheeler / LCV / 2 Wheeler / Companies, reputed Tier-1 Non-MSIL Vendor. Your ability to adapt, collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive process improvements will be key to your success.,
