Job Description

Role Expectations:

Design and execute detailed test cases based on functional and technical requirements
Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and backend systems
Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts
Conduct regression testing and support UAT cycles
Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices

Qualifications:

3+ years of manual testing experience in web/mobile applications
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Experience writing detailed test cases and test plans
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
Ability to understand business flows and perform end-to-end testing
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preference

Experience in financial services, capital markets, or broking domain
Exposure to basic SQL for data validation
Experience with UAT/client-facing testing coordination
