QA Manual Tester

Key Responsibilities:

● Test Planning and Design:
○ Analyze project requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases.○ Design, document, and execute manual test cases to ensure software meetsrequirements and quality standards.

● Test Execution:
○ Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.○ Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies.○ Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure software functionality.

● Documentation and Reporting:
○ Document test results and create detailed test reports.○ Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and stakeholders.○ Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation.

● Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers,and business analysts, to understand requirements and resolve issues.○ Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving testing processesand methodologies.

Qualifications:
● Education:○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield.

● Experience:
○ 2 years of experience in manual software testing.○ Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration,system, user acceptance).

● Skills:
○ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.○ Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.○ Strong written and verbal communication skills.○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Preferred Qualifications:
○ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.○ Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
