This position is responsible for overseing
all Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities
at the factory. As a
founding member of the company and plant
, the QA Manager is expected to lead the quality team and build quality-related organizations and processes from the ground up. In addition to maintaining and improving product quality, this role covers
QM-related activities and after-sales service
, and is responsible for overall quality management across the entire product lifecycle. The QA Manager will work closely with related departments and lead the establishment of a solid quality foundation and continuous improvement during the start-up phase.

Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and Execution
- Plan, execute, and monitor product testing activities
- Ensure products undergo strict testing and audits before reaching the market
- Maintain and manage the quality of products manufactured at the factory
- Manage supplier quality
- Maintain and manage the quality of purchased parts
2. Improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes
- Identify training requirements to improve production quality
- Provide quality training to production engineers and assembly line staff
- Analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify improvement areas
- Prepare reports on market evaluation and quality performance
3. Market Service (After-Sales Service)
- Plan and implement countermeasures for customer complaints
- Plan and conduct investigations of products and parts returned by customers
- Plan and implement skill development and training programs for dealer service staff
- Plan and execute spare parts sales forecasts and sales plans
4. Internal Control
- Prepare documentation for internal quality audits and quality checks
5. Compliance with Laws and Standards
- Ensure and manage compliance with all applicable laws, quality standards, and regulations

7. Audit, Certification, and Renewal
- Handle external audits such as ISO audits
- Conduct and manage internal audits
8. Budget and Organization Management
- Manage quality-related budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Improve, maintain, and manage organizational processes
- Evaluate staff performance and create individual development plans
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor s degree in a related field
Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing
- Experience working in
Japanese or foreign manufacturing companies

ISO audit experience
(external and internal audits) - Team management experience

(Experience leading teams during a start-up or plant launch phase is highly valued)
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in factory start-up or new organization build-up phases
- Experience working closely with production engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams
