QA Lead

JD seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team 9 yrs of expeience in QA and minimum 2 years of experience in java, java script automation with java selenium 2 years of experience in Playwright for modern web testing Should involve in all planning and execution of assigned QA work (Integration, System, End to End and User Acceptance) Participate in assigned Scrum ceremonies. Create Test cases/scripts (manual and automated) and ensure test data is in place. Execute Tests (manual and automated) on Understand QA scope, provide QA estimates and plan the tests. Participate in release discussions and provide QA support as needed. Understand existing Automation Framework and maintain and modernize it, automate regression tests, and add value for optimization. Good communication skills and coordinate with onsite team as needed. Daily status reporting to leadership during Functional Testing or Regression Testing and ensure the release defects are tracked to closure. Risks/Issues within team are communicated proactively to Immediate Manager and assist in tracking them to closure. Plan, execute, and manage all QA activities including Integration, System, End-to-End, UAT Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases using JavaScript, Playwright, and Selenium, ensuring test coverage and optimization. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide QA estimates, status reports, and communicate risks or issues proactively to leadership and offshore teams.
