Job Title: QA Lead – Salesforce (Manual & Automation Testing) Location: Indore (Remote ) Timimgs : 3pm to 12pm IST Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce testing to lead a team of QA/SDET engineers. This role involves defining robust test strategies, managing test execution for Salesforce implementations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across various Salesforce Clouds. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing , and extensive domain knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ , and SDET practices . Key Responsibilities Lead the QA efforts across multiple Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing Drive automation strategy and maintain automation test suites using industry-standard tools Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – Developers, Product Managers, Business Analysts – to understand requirements and ensure quality at every stage Manage, mentor, and guide a team of QA and SDET engineers Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams for resolution Ensure all testing activities are documented and signed off before releases Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and techniques Required Skills & Experience ✅ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce testing ( Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ) ✅ Expertise in manual and automation testing methodologies ✅ Experience in testing Salesforce APIs , flows, workflows, triggers, and Visualforce/Aura/LWC components ✅ Solid understanding of SDET principles and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, REST Assured) ✅ Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines ✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments ✅ Excellent communication, analytical, and team leadership skills Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist) ⭐ Experience in performance and security testing ⭐ Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, or similar test management systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Lead a team of QA/SDET engineers across multiple projects ?
