By offering a consistent experience, MCSP ensures that customers can enjoy a standardized and reliable environment.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code, and test web-based applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customers.
Employ IBM's Design Thinking to create products that provide an optimal user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
Document general processes and practices as needed.
Team collaboration to maintain end-to-end ownership and delivery code sources owned by the MultiCloud SaaS Platform UI Squad.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

7+ Years of Information Technology Experience
Experience with Selenium Test Automation
Experience with JAVA
Experience with API testing and API automation
Deep understanding and demonstrable application of Agile best practices.
Demonstrable hands-on expertise in cloud technologies.
Team-mindset: Willingness to collaborate and iterate.
Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Test Automation Management/Team leadership experience
Experience in other Automation frameworks, such as CodeCeptJS etc
Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
JavaScript experience
Jenkins experienceAbility to see clarity in complex situations.
Flexible and willing to adapt to quickly changing product requirements.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects.
Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git.
